[ The applying process ]
1. Fill in the apply table, mail
or fax to the hosting organization, after be affirmed
by the hosting company, the participating company should
send or remit the exhibition fee to the hosting organization.
After receive the fee, the hosting organization will allocate
the exhibition place in the principle [first apply, first
pay, first be allocated.]
2. Send or remit the 50% or the whole part of the exhibition
fee, during the 7 days after applying for the exhibiting
place, the other part of the fee should be paid off before
July.30th .2004.
3. After receive the exhibiting fee, the committee will
send “exhibiting handbook ” to the participating companies
on July.20th.2004.
4. For the gross effect of the exhibition, the committee
has the rights to make proper change to some exhibiting
place. |
